    Yes, we only offer virtual therapy (telehealth) sessions for the convenience and flexibility of remote counseling. Virtual sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
  • How do I schedule an appointment?
    To schedule an appointment, you can contact us via phone or email. We will assist you in finding a convenient time for your initial consultation. We strive to accommodate your scheduling needs as much as possible.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    We accept a variety of insurances as an out of network provider. Please contact us for more information about insurance coverage and payment options.
  • Is there a fee for an initial consultation?
    We provide a free 15-minute initial consultation.
  • What are your rates for each session?
    Individual sessions are $170. Couple sessions are also $170. We offer a sliding scale for those that may be eligible - please contact us for details.
  • What forms of payments do you accept?
    Payments can be made by American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and a Health Savings Account.
